You can update your direct debit details through the Xap Smile app. 

To do this, please follow these instructions:

1. Open the Xap Smile app
2. Click on the menu icon on the bottom right of the screen (with three lines)
3. Click on Family
4. Click on Payment Account
5. Select the relevant account and click on ‘edit’ next to payment details

Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

Services Australia offers assistance (Child Care Subsidy) to help with the cost of child care. An application for CCS must be completed for each child and approved by Services Australia. You can apply here.

To connect your CCS enrolment to Services Australia, we require the CRN of your child and the CRN of the guardian claiming CCS.

In addition, we require the DOB for both the guardian and the child that will be enrolling at one of our Centres. If you have not yet provided this detail, please include it in your enquiry below.

If you have had a change to your approved CCS % or Hours, there is no need to contact us. Our system is linked with Services Australia and will update automatically with your new details.

Modify Enrolment Details

You can request to add days to your child’s existing booking by completing a new registration here.

Our admissions team will prioritise current families when offering places at our Centres.

Please be aware that four weeks’ notice is required to cancel your child’s enrolment. 

Holiday and Absence Notifications

Please complete the form here.

We offer four weeks of holiday leave per calendar year with a 50% discount off your daily fee.

The following conditions apply:
• Leave must be taken in a minimum one week blocks.
• Notice needs to be emailed to your centre four weeks in advance.

You can notify your Centre of a general absence through the Xap Smile app. 

To do this, please follow these instructions:
1. Open the Xap Smile app
2. Click on the Calendar icon
3. Scroll to the relevant date 
4. Click on the three small dots and select “mark absent”

Request a Casual Day

If you require an occasional extra day of care, you can request a ‘casual day’ through the Xap Smile app.

To do this please follow these instructions:
1. Open the Xap Smile app
2. Click on the Calendar icon
3. Click on the green + button
4. Select the relevant Child name
5. Select the relevant room
6. Select the date that you would like to request a casual booking for

Casual days are subject to availability. 24 hours notice is required to cancel a casual day.
