Here you can notify us about holidays or absences.

I want to notify my Centre of a general absence (including due to illness)

You can notify your Centre of a general absence (including due to illness/sickness) through the Xap Smile app.

To do this, please follow these instructions:
1. Open the Xap Smile app
2. Click on the Calendar icon
3. Scroll to the relevant date
4. Click on the three small dots and select “mark absent”

Please be aware that the full daily fee applies for general absences.

We offer four weeks of holiday leave per calendar year with a 50% discount off your daily fee.

The following conditions apply:

  • Leave must be taken in a minimum one-week block.
  • Four week’s notice is required to apply the holiday discount.
