At our beautiful Clyde North childcare Centre, we provide high-quality education and childcare for children aged six weeks to six years old. Our Reggio Emilia inspired curriculum promotes exploration and curiosity, creating a strong foundation for lifelong learning. To ensure each child's individual needs are met, our experienced Educators work closely with families, and we offer an integrated Government-funded Kindergarten program to prepare children for the next steps in their education journey.

Our Clyde North childcare Centre is conveniently located on the corner of Berwick-Cranbourne Road and Plymouth Boulevard - right next to Plymouth Boulevard Playground. Explorers Clyde North is purpose-built with eight rooms, beautifully landscaped outdoor play areas, interactive learning spaces and a bright central piazza for collaboration with children from across the Centre.

Welcome to Explorers Clyde North! Our brand new Centre is specially designed to provide a welcoming and inspiring space, complete with stimulating classrooms, landscaped outdoor learning spaces and a central piazza for collaboration and intentional learning. Our wonderful team of Educators are dedicated to delivering thoughtful early childhood education and care, creating unique and engaging learning experiences.

Curriculum
Our curriculum and environments are rooted in the Reggio Emilia approach, while also aligning with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) and the National Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Our educational programs are tailored to meet the unique needs, interests, strengths, and developmental levels of each child. Additionally, we offer a government-funded Kindergarten program for three- and four-year-old children, taught by bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teachers.

We’re pleased to offer an exciting extracurricular program for your Explorers called the Enrichment Program.
Our sector-leading Enrichment Program has been created to enhance the joy of learning and your children’s experience at Explorers.
All children are welcome to participate in this program at no additional cost to our families.

The carers have gone to great efforts to ensure our children are comfortable and settled in their rooms, helping them adjust quickly to the new environment. Their patience and attentiveness have made a world of difference, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about each child's individual needs.
The team is always welcoming and takes the time to engage with both children and parents, creating a warm, supportive atmosphere. My kids love the engaging activities, which not only keep them entertained but also help them learn and grow in a fun and nurturing environment.

Our son started in the Pobblebonks room at just 7 months old, and he’s now thriving in the Dragonflies room. As a first-time mum, I was especially grateful for the Pobblebonks team, who helped us through the transition and separation anxiety. They were always available to answer questions and offer advice, both for his care at the centre and at home. Their honest communication about his day made managing home life so much easier.
Now that he’s in the Dragonflies room, I can’t thank the team (Dilini, Keshani, Manbeer, Amarjeet and Shanu) enough. We recently welcomed a new baby, and they’ve gone above and beyond to support our son through this transition in our family dynamics. They've been open about his emotions and feelings, and he's been so well cared for that he’s excited to go to the centre each day—and sometimes he doesn’t want to leave because he's having so much fun!
The room is always evolving with new learning experiences and creative activities, and my son comes home with new words and actions regularly. I really appreciate the updates about how much he eats, sleeps, and the photos that show us his current interests.
I would recommend this centre to anyone!
Every time I pick up my son, I’m greeted with warm smiles, no matter the time of day or how tired they might be. I particularly appreciate how they always take the time to update me on how his day went, giving me peace of mind.
One day, I arrived to see Dilani patiently changing my son’s nappy, despite his best attempts at a wrestling escape. It’s moments like these that remind me just how much they care for each child.
I’m truly grateful for the love, care, and dedication they show every day. Explorers is a wonderful place, and I’m so thankful for the nurturing environment they provide.
