As an Educational Leader at Explorers Surrey Hills Stanley Terrace, you’ll be part of our “off-the-floor” Centre Leadership Team, leveraging your extensive experience in curriculum programming and your proven ability to provide excellent support and mentorship to Educators in every room.  

In your role, you will: 

• Work collaboratively with the Centre Director and Director-in-Training to implement our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum. 
• Provide support and mentorship to Educators 
• Develop exceptional learning environments.  
• Comply with regulations and company values. 
• Maintain accurate documentation of children’s progress. 
• Champion child safety and positive learning outcomes for every child under our care.

• Bachelor or Diploma level Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
