IT Lead:
We are looking for a superstar to join our growing IT team. This role will ensure that our systems run smoothly and securely, minimising downtime and optimising performance. This role is largely project orientated with a high amount of business problem solving activities.
This position presents an exciting chance to deliver technology solutions by:
- Implementing
- Configuring

- Troubleshooting hardware & software.
- Proactively identify root causes, implement solutions, and deliver timely support to ensure seamless operations and user satisfaction.
- Act as an escalation point for complex Level 3 IT issues and find a satisfactory resolution.
- Drive resolution to all escalated issues in a timely and priortised manner.
- Interpersonal skills
- Support automation efforts within the organization.
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives to drive the best outcome for the business.
- Technical experience with Entra ID.
- Administration knowledge of SharePoint, MS Teams and other Microsoft Office 365 products.
- Experience with network administration including FortiGate, Ubiquiti, Cisco network devices, DNS, DHCP and VPN. (incl. WIFI)
- Practical application of using REST API’s for data exchange processes.
- Cloud Database Management – Snowflake, MongoDB, Azure
- Previous project management experience
- Cyber security
- Experience with management if cloud VOIP telephony platforms
- Web server management (including proficient use of Web programming languages)
- Scripting (PowerShell, Python, PHP, JS)
- Reporting Tools – PowerBI or Tableau
- Managing Windows Desktop & Server operating systems (10 & 11 / 2016 - 2022)
- IT related Bachelor’s degree or similar in Security/Network Certifications.
- 5+ years of IT experience with 3-5 years’ experience as a Helpdesk Level 3 or equivalent role within Infrastructure Team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Confident when presenting, active listening
