Step 1: Join the Waitlist
We encourage families to join the waitlist via our online booking portal as early as possible. Joining the waitlist is free of charge.
Once you’ve submitted the form, you will be sent a confirmation email with login details for our online booking portal. Here you can easily update your details and waitlist booking.
Step 2: Follow us on Facebook
Choosing the early childhood service which best fits your family is a difficult choice. We encourage families to use our facebook (and instagram) page as a way to get a feel of our culture, philosophy and programs. This makes choosing whether Explorers is a fit for your family an easier task.
Step 3: Book a Tour
We encourage you to come and see your chosen centre on one of our tours. Our centre directors love showing new families around and answering any questions you may have. Call us on 1300 000 335 to book or request a tour here.
Step 4: Accept your Offer
If you’ve signed up to the waitlist, want to begin care within 4 weeks and there is a current vacancy for your child or children, our admissions team will contact you shortly to offer you a place and begin the enrolment process.
If your required days are not available in your child’s age group, admissions will contact you once a vacancy arises.

Tips to getting a place
Start Early – We take one day bookings! Accepting one day of childcare in the month or weeks prior to your required commencement date ensures you are prioritised to get extra days when you need them.
Flexible Days – The more flexible you are with the days you require care, the easier it is to get a spot.
Consider starting in January – Our main intake month is January so it’s normally easier to get in at the beginning of the year.
