We are looking for multiple educators for our Mornington and Frankston Centres. We have opportunities for Assistant Educators and Lead Educators at both centres. 

About our Mornington Centre:
Our Explorers Mornington Centre opened its doors in February 2022, and we'd love for you to join our growing team! Careful attention has been placed on planning each indoor and outdoor space to reflect our Reggio Emilia inspired philosophy. Our multi-story, purpose-built Centre has eight rooms which are purposefully designed to stimulate children’s creativity, exploration and sense of belonging. Apply now to join our friendly team of Educators who are supported by an excellent Centre Leadership Team, including an off-the-floor Educational Leader to guide you along the way! 

About our Frankston North Centre:
Our Frankston North Centre is situated on Ballarto Road, which is just a short drive from Seaford beach. Explorers Frankston North is a multi-story, purpose-built Centre with eight rooms, on-site parking, outdoor spaces and public transport nearby (as well as shops and restaurants). How You Can Support Us:
Assistant Educators:

• Provide quality care for the children in our service 
• Foster a nurturing and safe environment for all children 
• Stimulate children’s imagination and contribute to the programming and planning of your room 
• Support your team of like-minded Educators who share your passion for early learning  

Lead Educators:

• Work collaboratively and lead a team of Educators  
• Facilitate intentional teaching experiences for children 
• Demonstrate meaningful relationships with children, families and your peers 
• Lead the planning of your team and be their first contact 
• Delegate tasks to ensure all the Educators can learn and grow 
• Support and mentor your team 

Key Requirements 
Assistant Educators:

• An approved ACECQA qualification, or evidence of studying towards one 
• A demonstrated interest in children and their development 
• First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training 
• Valid Working with Children Check 
• Working rights – Visa/Passport

Lead Educators:

• Diploma level Early Childhood Education and Care qualification in accordance with the Education and Care Regulations 2012 
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement quality education program using portfolio method 
• Experience in long day care or equivalent (preferred) 
• Current First Aid Training certificate 
• Valid Working with Children Check 
• Working rights – Visa/Passport
